Koi Acres Return Policy

Hard Products:

All returns must be pre-approved. Returns are accepted for a period of 14 business days from the date of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging. All returned items will be shipped at your expense. Koi Acres charges a 15% re-stocking fee. Koi Acres will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Live Fish:

Our Koi are professionally packed with pure oxygen and ice packs (when required). They are guaranteed to arrive alive. If the Koi arrive DOA (dead on arrival), you must notify us within 4 hours of arrival by emailing us a picture of DOA Koi with its head removed. We will replace or refund any DOA Koi at our discretion.
