Shipping Information

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped out of Scandia, MN via UPS or the USPS.  In stock orders usually ship within 1 - 2 business days.  Items that are backordered or out of stock will ship when they are received from our suppliers.  All shipping transit times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday).

 

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.  Orders that qualify for free shipping may ship out via UPS Ground, USPS first class mail (small items only) or USPS priority mail (small items only).

Some items include free shipping.  No additional shipping costs are incurred if you add an item with free shipping to your current order.

Occasionally, we run promotions that include either a discount on shipping or waive the cost of shipping altogether.  A promotional code must be entered in the shopping cart to activate the discount.

Please note, large items will be shipped via motorized freight.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your order comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll refund your order.  We aren’t able to re-ship an undeliverable order.  You can place a new order if you still want to purchase the item.

 

Missing Package

If your shipment says delivered, but you can’t find your package:

  1. Look around your home & check with your neighbors
  2. Check for an attempted delivery notice
  3. Talk to members of your household to see if they accepted your delivery
  4. Contact the carrier for more information (have the tracking number ready)
